Ian Crocker

Starting out in London Ian worked with some of the biggest names in the catering industry. He honed his skills alongside Anthony Worrall Thomson and Sebastian Snow at the prestigious Bistro 190, Queensgate. Ian then moved on to the infamous seafood restaurant Scott’s of Mayfair.

Needing more of a challenge and to expand his skills. Ian provided fine dining and outside catering to some of London’s top CEO’s.

Ian eventually moved back to his hometown in Kent to focus on family life, bringing his talents to numerous big name restaurants throughout the southeast.

When he’s not the consultant executive chef at the Tinners Arms, Zennor. Ian spends his spare time on his latest venture preparing artisan pizzas at The St Ives Pizza Company.

With over 30 years experience Ian uses his skill, passion for authentic food and love of fresh local ingredients to produce the finest artisan pizzas.
